Are you obsessed with TikTok marketing and driving high-performance ad campaigns? Do you have an eye for viral content, top-tier creators, and data-driven growth strategies? If so, this role is for you!
At Growthcharter, we take a TikTok-first approach to performance marketing—leveraging UGC, creator partnerships, and ad optimization to drive serious ROI for our clients. As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for sourcing top content creators, managing partnerships, and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns to deliver outstanding results.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
✅ TikTok Creator Sourcing & Management – Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators who align with client brands, ensuring quality and engagement.
✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, launch, and optimize paid TikTok campaigns, while ensuring alignment with client goals.
✅ Ad Creative Optimization – Work closely with creators and internal teams to test, iterate, and scale winning content.
✅ Performance Tracking & Insights – Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates), run A/B tests, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
✅ Budget & Bidding Strategy – Manage media budgets across TikTok Ads Manager and other performance channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
✅ Industry Trendspotting – Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive.
🎯 What You Bring:
🔹 2-5 years of hands-on experience in TikTok advertising, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
🔹 Deep understanding of TikTok’s ad platform, including Spark Ads, UGC ad formats, and creator-driven campaigns.
🔹 Experience sourcing and managing content creators/influencers, ensuring deliverables and performance targets are met.
🔹 Strong analytical skills with experience using TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
🔹 Passion for short-form content and a deep knowledge of what works on TikTok.
🔹 Ability to balance multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
🔹 A strategic, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
